 Bacteria are the sole (major)members of this group of the kingdom monera they are the most abundant micro organisms. Bacteria occurs almost everywhere. Hundreds of bacteria are present in te handful of the soil. They are the live in extreme condition such as where very few other can survive .many of others are organisms are the parasites.
